Refund Policy This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Viewtrack Australia Pty Ltd website.   Physical Products We offer a full refund for physical products if all of the following conditions are met:
  • The product is returned within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.   Subscriptions Subscription refunds are governed by the terms agreed to at the time of purchase:
  • Month-to-month subscriptions
May be cancelled at any time. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
  • 12-month subscription agreements
Are non-refundable once commenced. Early termination does not entitle the customer to a refund unless expressly stated in the signed agreement.   Faulty or Incorrect Items Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
